Leanne McNamee
Leanne is passionate about classical education! She has served as a director for Classical Conversations, which provides community for classical Christian home educators, for eight years. She has directed all middle and high school levels, including Latin, persuasive writing and free market economics. She is also a support representative for CC, hiring directors and shepherding six communities in Maryland, right outside Washington, DC. Serving as co-chair of the Board of her church, Oakdale, in Olney, Maryland is her other favorite activity.
In the past, Leanne has worked in the field of public relations for organizations from the March of Dimes to Eli Lily and Company to Burson-Marsteller (now BWC). She loves learning new information and sharing with others.
Leanne and Scott were delighted when their son William was accepted into the W.A. Franke Honors College, and decided to study Economics. They fell in love with the campus as soon as they stepped on to the beautiful grounds. The University of Arizona staff were always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. William called it a “vibe check” and we all agreed he had found his college home. They look forward to sharing with other families what makes University of Arizona a great choice for students!
