What Can Your Student Expect at UA Graduate School Day 2021?

Antioch University, Arizona State University - College of Health Solutions, California School of Professional Psychology, Columbia School of Social Work, NAU College of Engineering, Informatics, and Applied Sciences (CEIAS) and The University of Texas at Austin (just to name a few!) join University of Arizona students via Zoom on October 20, It may be time for you to encourage YOUR student to get serious about their post-undergraduate academic plans.

By attending the free Virtual Graduate School Fair, students will have the opportunity to talk to different graduate schools and learn more about the programs they offer. Taking the time to prepare for the event will go a long way to helping students get the most out of it.

The research students do depend on where they are in the graduate school selection process. Assuming they already know what their interests are (a good start!), one of the most important aspects of their research will be selecting the programs best suited to their interests and ultimate career goals.

Some of the schools at this event will have graduate schools representing an entire institution and some will represent just one small college in a large university. If a student’s specific program is not represented but a school they are interested in is attending, getting general information about the campus and possible contacts would be a great start to finding out more.
