Candace Geary

Candace graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Sociology and a thematic minor in Ethnic Studies. She and her husband, an Arizona alumnus, have made Tucson their home after living in several states across the US and abroad. Before moving overseas, Candace worked in marketing and since their return to Tucson, has dedicated her time to volunteering and working with local non-profits, including organizations in the arts and health.
Candace has managed her family and household through every move and transition to four states, five countries, and three prefectures. While living in Japan, Candace homeschooled their two sons during their elementary school years. She and her husband are proud their older son attends the UofA as a 2nd generation Wildcat and their younger son is pursuing his love of the performing arts in high school. She and her family enjoy their dogs, traveling, learning new cultures, customs, and languages, and watching sports and musicals together. Candace looks forward to continuing her support of the university, campus life, and the overall college experience for students and families.
