Help Your Wildcat Make the Most of the Free Time Between Classes…Get Involved with Campus Recreation

The fall semester in well under way now and your Wildcat is probably looking for ways to get more involved while also staying active. Research has proven that being active can benefit students by relieving stress, helping them with academics, and increasing the chance of a better night’s sleep. By coming to Campus Recreation, students can participate in variety of activities ranging from a quick workout in state-of-the-art facilities to going on a moonlight hike with a small group.

During the week of October 24-28, the PAC-12 Recreation Challenge comes to Arizona. The PAC-12 Challenge is a friendly completion between all of the PAC-12 schools to see which school can log the most fitness minutes throughout the week. It's a chance for Arizona to prove they are the leader of the “Pac” when it comes to our rival to the north, ASU. There will be free fitness events all week long where students can come, log their minutes, and maybe even win some prizes! This is a great opportunity for your Wildcat to check out all that Campus Recreation has to offer while also getting the chance to meet others, be healthy, and stay involved.
